Gluten-Free Nieces
I am now the proud aunt to beautiful twin nieces named Anna Deborah and Emma Jeannine. When my sister was pregnant, she asked "What happens if the babies need to be on a gluten-free diet?" I said "Let their aunt Erin spoil them with a ton of gluten-free kisses, hugs, and cookies." I am thrilled that my sister, brother-in-law, and my darling nieces are all doing well. I will be up visiting them for 4th of July week and will be sharing my gluten-free love. I am also hoping to make it to Elizabeth's, part of the Gluten Free Restaurant Awareness Program (GFRAP).

All of Robert’s American Gourmet snacks except for Stealth Chips, CHAOS, Honey Wheat Pretzels and Pirate's Pretzels are Gluten Free (There is a Gluten and Wheat free version of the Chaos). Since gluten is used on other snacks at the plant, Robert’s American Gourmet does not put it on our bags. They run the snacks first, thoroughly clean the machines between runs, and train all the employees on allergen control to reduce the possibility of cross contamination. However, Robert’s American Gourmet cannot 100% guarantee that there can never be a cross-contamination.

Gluten-Free Goodness on Flickr
As I am sure many gluten-free eaters (and foodies alike) can relate, I often take pictures of my gluten-free food and gluten-free restaurants I have been to. When searching around on Flickr, I noticed I am not the only one who does this. In January, I started a Flickr group called Gluten-Free Goodness. I encourage all of you to get our your cameras and start clicking away at your gluten-free food, trips to gluten-free restaurants, or anything else pertaining to gluten-free or Celiac Disease. You can then join the Flickr group and started posting your pictures to the group.

If you have any specific questions about Flickr or the group, email me at any time.
