Last month I had a really great experience using Open Table: NYC Restaurants for a reservation at Pappardella in New York City. After tweeting about my experience, OpenTable.com asked me to write a guest post about dining out gluten-free. I am excited to share this link with my readers.

Erin has a unique perspective of growing up in the gluten-free community and blogs about living — and enjoying — a gluten-free lifestyle at Gluten-Free Fun. Today, she shares her advice.

That was an ideal exchange yielding positive and Gluten-Free tasty results. Thanks, Erin, for your step-by-step model anyone can use in talking to those who serve Gluten-Free. So helpful, even if it does sound repetitious. We usually say the same thing at least 4 different ways when we dine out. Think: the more, the more likely you'll impress upon them.
